1.What are your prices?

Prices are based on the type of website your building. To get an idea of how much it may cost you, you will have to fill out our "Get A Estimate page".

2.Does it cost me anything to get a estimate?

The estimate is completely free.

3.Why should i get a estimate?

A estimate is a great way to get an idea of how much it may cost to build your dream web site. Even if your not ready to build your site anytime soon you can still get a free estimate from us and then later on decide to get your site built. This is a great way to get an idea price, this will not be the final price just a idea price. The final price will come after we discuss it more with you and make sure we get everything that your site needs.

4.How do you determine the estimate?

We come up with a estimate based on how much time and effort it will take us to build each web page and also we base it on what your website needs to do for you. We charge based on a hourly rate. We charge 12 dollars per hour that we work on the site. We keep track of those hours that we spend building your site to make sure we don't go over the estimate we give you.

5. What if you go over the estimate?

We try to make sure we do not go over are estimate by contacting you and letting you know we are about to go over the estimate. When we contact you we will give you a estimate on how long it will take to finish the rest of your site.

6. What if you go under the estimate?

If we go under are estimate then it means less you have to pay, an we will not charge you the full price of the estimate we gave you. We will only charge you for the hours we did work on your site.

7. What if i want you to start creating my site but i don't have the money to do everything i need to do to the site?

If you want to start creating the basics of your site we can do that. You don't have to have everything designed in one sitting. We can design the basic's for your site,like a home page with your contact information,and then later on add more to your site.

8. What if i already have a site and just want it updated?

If you already have a site and just want it updated we are more then happy to do that. You do not have to have your site designed by us to get a update. To get a estimate on how much it will cost to update your site please fill out the "Get A Estimate page" and make sure you say someone in the form you want your site updated not created.

9. What is required from you?

Your Time:

We will need a way to get a hold of you by email or phone. It is important that we can get a hold of you because unexpected questions can come up. If we can not get a hold of you to find out what you want to do with your site we will not be able to continue working on your site till you get a hold of us.

Your Information:

You will have to provide the text for your site. We do not write the words your customers will read on your website. That means you will have to write out what you want to say on each page of your site. For example if you decided to have an about us page, you will have to write about your company and give us what you have written so we can add it to the site.

Your Pictures:

You will also have to provide pictures. We can not come up with the pictures for you. If your company has a special logo we will need a copy of the logo. If you had a graphics designer or ad designer design your logo you should be able to ask them for a copy. Any pictures you want added to the site or you think would look great on the site make sure you give us a copy.

10.What Affordable Web Design does not include?

In order to have your website online for others to see your web site you will have to find a place to host your site (this will hold all the pages to your web site ) an you will have to buy a url (this is the address people will type in to get to your site). We do not include this in are cost. If you need help setting up a place to host your website or need help finding a company to set up hosting an a url with we will be more then happy to help you.
